Dr. Clotilda Charles is currently the Chair person for the Board of Directors for Kingdom Truth University. It is her belief that, through education, a learner receives the vital skills and tools that are necessary to build a life, grow, and mature spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and socially. Dr. Charles actively contributes to the growth and development of the university.

Dr. Charles has been an educator for more than 20 years, both nationally and internationally. She was born in the beautiful island of St. Vincent & the Grenadines in the West Indies, where she spent most of her childhood and early adult hood and learned the value of education. 

Dr. Charles obtained her Master of Science in Child and Youth Care Administration from NOVA Southeastern University, her Ph.D in Adult Education from Capella University, and Ph.D in Christian Counseling from Kingdom Truth University in continuing her pursuit to achieve her life-long goal to reach the zenith of academia. 

Dr. Charles is a Gospel Minister at Kingdom Impact Global Ministries, Georgia. She spearheads the women’s group; plans, organizes and implements activities for their spiritual, physical, and emotional growth. Minister Charles loves the Lord and enjoys expounding the Word of God. She provides valuable contributions in Bible Study and life-changing messages on Sunday mornings.

Family is important to Dr. Charles. She loves her daughter, Olanie, dearly. Both enjoy fun times together by traveling to places of interest.

Dr. Cyclyn R. Smith-Mobley, BS, LLM, JD,JSD, Th.D

Michael A. McKenzie Sr. is a graduate of Myers Park High School, Charlotte, North Carolina, Class of 1994. He joined the United States (U.S.) Army in July of 1994 and has served in numerous military organizations from 1994 to 2016, to include the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community for over 16 years. Beginning in 1996 and ending in 2014 as a soldier, Mr. McKenzie Sr. has deployed to numerous locations throughout his career. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Operation Iraqi Freedom, multiple tours to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel are just to name a few. Even as a Department of Defense (DoD) Contractor, Mr. McKenzie Sr. continued to serve at the “Tip of the Spear”, most recently between 2018-2019 as a Strategic Planner with the Special Operations Forces community. 

Post his last military deployment, Mr. McKenzie Sr. retired as a U.S. Army Ranger Company First Sergeant, Echo Company, 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. His awards and decorations include, two (2) Bronze Stars, two (2) Meritorious Service Medals, two (2) Joint Service Commendation Medals, four (4) Army Commendation Medals, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with three (3) Campaign Stars, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the Good Conduct Medal (7th award), National Defense Service Medal (2nd award), Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (2nd award), and the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal. Mr. McKenzie Sr. has earned the United States Army Ranger Tab (Class 08-09), the Order of Saint Maurice for Outstanding or Conspicuous Contribution to the Infantry, the Combat Action Badge, the Master Parachutist’s Badge, the German and Australian Parachutist Badges and the German Armed Forces badge for Weapons Proficiency. 

Mr. McKenzie Sr. has successfully completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with Honors with the University of Phoenix. He has completed his Master of Business Administration Degree in Strategic Management with Northcentral University (with Honors) and will graduate, Doctoral of Theological Studies degree, year 2020 with Kingdom Truth University. His service to the community includes serving as the Pastor of The Launch Center Ministries (Charlotte, NC), North Carolina Chapter Director for the Birdwell Foundation (Veteran, First Responder, and Family Program against Post Traumatic Stress Disorder-PTSD) and tlc2vets (Veteran Non-Profit).

Dr. Michael Mckenzie, Sr. 

Vonna Milligan serves as Kingdom Truth University’s academic officer. She is a seasoned higher education leader with a keen sense for strategy and forward thinking. She possesses extensive experience in leading, designing, developing, and implementing educational programs in higher education.

Milligan’s experiences and accomplishments are diverse and vast giving her a special ability to relate to all audiences. She is an educator, trainer, and public speaker. She is also a former college dean and administrator, former human resources manager,   and entrepreneur. Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, she has provided educational training for non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, colleges, and schools throughout the United States. Dr. Milligan brings over twenty-five years of solid education and business experience to programs. She is a graduate of Jacksonville Theological Seminary and the University of South Florida.

Dr. Vonna Milligan

Dr. Lowman serves as the Vice President of Institution Advancement at Kingdom Truth University. As the Executive Programs Officer for the university she establishes collaborative relationships with the campuses to advance student learning, faculty engagement, and program development and currency. She also provides vision and leadership for new educational initiatives and ensures the continual improvement of educational programs.

She serves as a primary resource for the University-wide academic and student services, for the Academic Leadership, and for other University-wide committees.

Dr. Lowman is a Chaplin at a local hospital and provides Chaplain Training to Chaplaincy students. She also is a Mental Health, marriage, grief and Substance Abuse Counselor; Certified Life Coach and certified in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Dr. Lowman is also a United States Army veteran.

Dr. Lowman’s academic degrees include a Doctorate in Christian Psychology from St. Thomas Christian University; Master’s in psychology from World Bible College; Bachelors in Psychology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary and a Psychology Major from Edward Waters College. Dr. Lowman resides in Jacksonville, Florida and she is committed to advancing the kingdom of God.
