Dr. Ronald L. Milligan

Ronald Milligan is the Director of Military and Veterans Affairs. He brings a strong military background to this position. He is a retired Master Instructor of the United States Air Force and a former Aerospace Science Instructor with the Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corp for high school students. His extensive experience managing programs designed to assist veterans with connecting to the various services and benefits available in making a smooth transition into civilian life assisted Dr. Milligan in fulfilling a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of military members and veterans.
Dr. Milligan has served as Head of Schools for a Christian school where he guided and directed the academic process; led and supported staff and teachers and assisted in the life-long learning of students. He has also directed, managed, and led a community development corporation and its grant-funded programs.
Dr. Milligan earned his Doctorate in Christian Psychology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies/Occupational Education from Southern Illinois University.
